Whenever a disaster strikes internationally, the Brigade of Mercy partners with trusted organizations in the United States to deliver urgent humanitarian assistance. Since 2018, BOM has supported relief efforts in Syria, Lebanon, India, Ukraine, Türkiye, Pakistan, and Gaza. Through these partnerships, we have provided critical supplies including medical equipment, clothing, hygiene kits, tents, sleeping bags, and many other essential items that help families survive and recover.

Comprehensive Disaster Response Services (CDRS) House of Blessing provides safe shelter, quality education, nutritious food, healthcare, and a healthy environment for widows, single mothers, and children who are vulnerable, abandoned, abused, orphaned, or living in extreme poverty. The Brigade of Mercy supports their mission by supplying food for two House of Blessings' locations in major cities across Pakistan, helping ensure that families in crisis receive consistent nourishment and care.

Sonnia House is an orphanage that provides a safe, loving home for 30 children. Beyond the facility, the organization also supports more than 120 vulnerable children in the community with food, shelter, and access to education. Each year, the Brigade of Mercy supplies materials for school uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, undergarments, and hygiene kits for all 120+ children served by Sonnia House. We have also provided solar lights for the orphanage rooms to ensure the children have a reliable and safe source of light.

The Virginia Hospital Center Medical Brigade partners with rural villages to expand access to clean water, public health education, and community health worker training to treat common diseases. They collaborate with hospitals and clinic partners to strengthen healthcare services for Honduran communities, offering medical training in emergency medicine, rehabilitation, and biomedical engineering. The Brigade of Mercy supports this mission by providing diapers, school supplies, hygiene kits, baby hats, and blankets to children and families in need.

Al Amal Center provides daily educational training for 45–60 children with mental learning disabilities and autism. The center offers occupational therapy programs focused on physical and psychological rehabilitation, and it equips children with essential self‑care skills, including physical, sensory, and motor development. Al Amal also provides full boarding for orphans who have grown up within the center’s care. The Brigade of Mercy supports their mission by providing educational materials that help sustain and strengthen the center’s ongoing programs.

Sir Syed National School builds not‑for‑profit schools for refugee children displaced by religious violence in the region. The Brigade of Mercy supports their mission by providing English‑language books for the libraries of the four elementary schools we partner with. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, BOM also supplied tablets so students could continue their education through online learning.
