OUR PARTNERS
Brigade of Mercy’s impact is built on strong, trusted partnerships with organizations that share our commitment to compassion, dignity, and community service. Together, we expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and ensure families in crisis receive the support they need.
Our partners help us distribute essential supplies, host volunteer events, identify families in need, and mobilize resources that transform lives. We are grateful for every school, shelter, agency, nonprofit, and community group that stands with us in service.
SCHOOLS
We collaborate with schools (including Title I schools) and student support teams to provide Blessing Boxes, school supplies, snacks, winter clothing, baby baskets and emergency essentials. These partnerships ensure children have the tools, stability, and confidence they need to learn and thrive.
Our partner schools include Stanton Elementary, Lemon Road Elementary, Westlawn Elementary, Bailey's Primary & Upper Elementary, Hoffman-Boston Elementary and Park View High School.
SHELTERS
Shelters play a vital role in connecting us with families transitioning out of crisis. Through these partnerships, we deliver Move‑Away Baskets, hygiene kits, winter clothing, and everyday essentials that support a safe and stable new beginning.
We partner with Carpenter's Shelter, Bailey's Shelter & Supportive Housing, and SERVE Family Shelter.
GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
We collaborate with government entities and public agencies to help reach individuals and families affected by poverty, displacement, war, natural disasters, and other crises. We work closely with Fairfax County Department of Social Services.
NONPROFITS
We work alongside nonprofit organizations that share our commitment to humanitarian service. Together, we extend the reach of vital resources and provide compassionate support to people facing difficult circumstances. These nonprofits
include the Outreach Program, Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS), FACETS, LAWS Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services, and Immigrant & Refugee Outreach Center (IROC).
VOLUNTEER GROUPS
Our volunteer partners turn compassion into action. Through their time, energy, and service, these groups help us deliver essential resources and support to people and communities in need. We partner with our local community centers, schools, youth groups, and local Rotary Clubs to provide volunteer hours and service opportunities.
